The Two Deep Breaths community was founded by Shanice Green, a certified yoga instructor since 2015 and a talented professional musician. Her vision was to create a program that seamlessly blended music, yoga, meditation, gratitude, and breathing exercises – a transformative experience that introduced diverse wellness and self-care techniques to curious students seeking a starting point on their journey.
Shanice first introduced Two Deep Breaths during a college and university tour, where she passionately shared the program with hundreds of students across the United States. Initially, it began as a virtual offering during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing a much-needed sanctuary during challenging times. As the world opens up, Shanice now travels to different campuses, engaging students face to face, fostering connection, and inspiring growth.
Today, we are thrilled to expand and extend the invitation to anyone seeking a space of transformation and inner exploration. Two Deep Breaths is now accessible to all, as envisioned from the start.
